Brain Freeze
At an early age of 26, rheumatism has begun to crawl into me. The air conditioning in this damn new office is killing me. My hands and feet are freezing (it’s about to get to my brain) and they say this is the lowest it can get. So they are actually trying to tell us that the rest of my company years will be spent like a frozen chicken! Hopefully I do not reach the point of being fried to leave.
I must say, though, that I am lucky to be the very first user of this ergonomic cream chair, the silver movable drawer of three layers with a centralized lock and this sexy wooden table. Maybe I should sign my name underneath the table and the date today. The dark grey metal panels and maroon upholstery define the elegance of this office.
But elegance aside, the work remains the same. Requests are at minimum the past few days. At exactly 1:42 my work is done for the day. And as I am writing this, I can see a beautiful day outside. The sun so high and the sky so blue, how I wish I was basking underneath the warmth of the sun right this very moment getting a tan. Yeah right! And while I feel my leg freeze its way up, I think I will just continue to daydream the rest of the afternoon. I don’t get these kinds of days too often.
