Back to the White Collar
I am back in the field... ready to play the corporate game. After 2 1/2 months of bumness i now sit in a cubicle near a window with a view... it's a squattery view with a brown (but clean) river... but what the heck, it still falls under "view"...
I am excited to start this new career... happy that i will be receiving a paycheck again, i get the job title and scope i have always wanted with a multi-national company in the field of IT... the only sad part is i no longer have the time to laze around the pool at any time of the day i choose, no more watching television in the afternoons, no more late night parties during a weekday, no more waking up late... but then again, the paycheck is still heavier on the scale... haha... i also have a problem on how i will be able to finish my master's requirements... i hope my schedule will permit me to finish it all so i don't think twice about continuing it... otherwise it will be a battle of keeping the job i have always wanted or continuing the plan that i set for myself 3 months ago... although either, on its own, will be good for me... difference is the other one has no incoming money involved.... so if i were to ask you, which one would you choose if situations are at its most difficult? I bet you would choose where the money is.... but if you were one of my best friends, she'll most likely choose higher education.... her second middle name is Academe... hehe...
Hopefully all will go well... but if this company sends me abroad for training, i will enroll for residency in school... haha... will you pass up an opportunity like that? :)

hahahah...so siempre special mention ako dito, noh! heheheh. But you are right. I'd choose grad school because the dream job (and the money) will follow. It's an investment, not an opportunity cost. hehehehehe.
